Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our mobile field service team, supporting customers across sites. You will service, maintain and commission HVACR equipment, diagnose faults and keep systems running safely and reliably.

You will own your work end to end, communicate effectively with customers, document service activities and apply safety standards on every site visit. Training and career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience required.
• Strong electrical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read schematics, piping diagrams and technical data.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and commission Water Chillers, AC and HVAC systems.
• Fault-find and repair across Chillers, DX, Split, VRV/VRF, AHUs and ventilation plant.
• Complete clear service documentation and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Carry out all work in line with Zero Harm expectations and safe working practices.
• Support customers with responsive communication, technical guidance and professional site conduct.
