• Customer Support: Provide proactive, solution-oriented assistance to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Administrative Support: Support in handling and resolving administrative matters within SPMD.
• Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend improvements to enhance operational processes.
• Cross-Unit Collaboration: Support Marketing Support Team and other units to achieve targets.
