Job summary

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking an Administrator / Analyst in Jakarta to support the Global Market Operations unit on a contract basis. The role focuses on managing and executing derivative and money market transactions, ensuring accurate records, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply with knowledge of Global Markets.
• 3-5 years experience in Treasury Operation is advantageous.
• Background in Economics, Management or Accounting is preferable.
• Knowledge of Treasury Products and basic accounting is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel is desirable.
• Must be open-minded, a team player, and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Process daily derivative and money market transactions in line with MUFG policies and local regulations.
• Prepare and settle all documentation related to derivative and money market transactions.
• Control outstanding money market and derivative transactions and brokerage fees for interbank operations.
• Trace, control and report on outstanding derivatives confirmations for interbank and customers.
• Prepare accurate reports for designated authorities as required by internal and government regulations.
• Generate MTM, BI balances, derivative exposure and related reports (e.g., ISDA, brokerage) monthly.

Corporate title : Administrator / Analyst

General Objectives:

Responsible for managing and executing derivative and money market transactions, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, internal controls, and operational standards to support the organization’s financial objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process all daily transactions including but not limited to Derivative and Money market (Inter Banklending, borrowing, BI transaction) transaction, calculation of interest and withholding tax, inaccordance with MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
• Prepare and settle all documentation relating to derivative and money market transaction.
• Control the outstanding of money market and derivative transaction as well as brokerage fee for interbank.
• Trace, control and make reports of outstanding list of Derivative’s confirmation for interbank as well as custom
• Prepare accurate and punctual report making to the designated authority as required under internal and government regulation.
• Prepare reports on MTM, BI Customer balance, Derivative exposure (PYRSQL), LKPBU, Outstanding option and swap, LBU, SID, LLD, LLL report, Accrued of MM transaction, Head office reports (306, form D, OBIT), ISDA report, Monthly report of Brokerage fee and other derivative and Money market report.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with sound knowledge of Global Markets are welcome to apply.
• Having 3-5 experience in Treasury Operation area would be an advantage
• Preferable education background: Economy, Management or Accounting
• Preferable to have knowledge on Treasury Product and basic accounting
• Preferable to have basic Ms. Excel
• Open minded, team player orientation, and fluent in English is a must
