Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Assistant Manager, Service Operations to oversee daily service operations across Indonesia, including Jakarta and outlying areas. You will coordinate field service, manage dispatch, and ensure adherence to SLA commitments and Vertiv quality standards.

You will mentor a technical team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to optimize service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or related field.
• 10+ years in service operations, technical support, or project management in power/critical infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with UPS systems, thermal management, or critical infrastructure products is highly preferred.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily service operations across Indonesia (Jakarta, Cikarang, Karawang, Batam).
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure SLA commitments and Vertiv quality standards are met; manage dispatch and resource allocation of FSEs and Technicians.
• Oversee service reports, work orders, and documentation in ERP systems (Oracle SAP).
• Support onboarding, training, and development of service team; drive safety and continuous improvement.
