ABB in Jakarta, Indonesia, seeks an experienced senior service leader to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the unit level. You will lead the Service organization, own the P&L, and optimize resource utilization to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have 10+ years in service or operations within mining/automation, strong leadership and cross-cultural collaboration skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mining, or related).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in service, operations, engineering, or business leadership within mining, automation, process industries, or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing service operations, aftermarket activities, and P&L responsibilities.
• Fluent in English with strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
