Shangri-La Jakarta saat ini membutuhkan Service Manager - Income Audit untuk memastikan akurasi laporan pendapatan yang disusun oleh Income Auditors, memverifikasi dokumen sumber pendapatan, dan menerapkan kontrol internal melalui pemeriksaan mendadak serta manajemen hak akses. Posisi ini menuntut kepemimpinan tim dan kemampuan analitis yang kuat.

Kandidat diharapkan memiliki Diploma atau Sarjana Akuntansi, pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di Income Audit (khususnya di industri perhotelan), serta

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting or related background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Income Audit, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Previous experience in leading or supervising a team/department.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.

Job Description:

To ensure all revenue reports prepared by the Income Auditors are correct, verifying documents submitted by various revenue generating sources towards completeness of revenue captured, to ensure the comprising of surprise/spot checks and user access right towards effective internal control, producing timely report for management decision making

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting or related background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Income Audit, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
