Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Accounting or related background.
• 3+ years of Income Audit experience, preferably in hospitality.
• 2–3 years in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience leading or supervising a team/department.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Verify revenue reports and supporting documents for completeness.
• Conduct surprise checks and review user access rights to strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare timely management reports to support decision making.
