Job summary

XCMG Indonesia is seeking a Service Support Associate in North Jakarta to review service documentation submitted by distributors and service personnel. You will manage after-sales inquiry forms and ensure timely processing.

You will analyze system service data, quote and close out-of-warranty requests, and monitor regional service indicators to help maintain high service quality. Proficiency in Chinese and Office software is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above, able to read and write Chinese.
• Proficient in computer operation and office software.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in working with construction machinery.
• Willing to be placed at Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
