Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare supporting documents for mechanic on site.
• Ensure documents and tools like inventory are fulfilled for smooth mechanic work.
• Report mechanic work into SAP system per procedures.
• Make offers for out-of-warranty work or customer-requested work; advise mechanic and inform customer.
• Ensure Service Department documents are stored properly.
