MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead residential sales in Serang and surrounding areas. You will drive performance across commercial and subsidized housing, close mortgage processes, and partner with banks and institutions to build a high-performing team.

The role requires strong local market knowledge, prior leadership in offline sales, and the ability to develop a disciplined, results-driven organization. A proven network and Excel reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma III in Business, Marketing, Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years total sales experience, including at least 3 years in managerial or strategic sales roles with offline channels.
• Minimum 3 years experience in landed residential property sales, preferably with in-house developer and property agency exposure.
• Proven experience managing at least 5 sales personnel; experience managing 10–15 salespeople preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Serang and surrounding Banten market and KPR processes.
• Established network with banks, corporate organizations, government institutions, or cooperatives is highly preferred.
• Ability to motivate, organize, monitor, and transform sales teams into high-performing units.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency for sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Willing to provide a professional photograph and portfolio of sales achievements.
• Existing buyer database or local sales network is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, monitor, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Oversee the complete residential sales process from lead generation through akad.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration in Serang and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks and government institutions for lead generation.
• Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities and partnerships.
• Monitor competitors and pricing to identify market opportunities.
• Establish daily/weekly sales monitoring and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for the Marketing Director.
• Recruit and strengthen the sales organization, including leveraging existing networks.
