Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive residential sales performance in Serang and surrounding Banten markets. You will lead daily activities, manage the mortgage application and closing process, and build a disciplined, productive sales team.

The role requires strong knowledge of local property dynamics, proven leadership, and the ability to establish partnerships with banks, institutions, and lead-generation channels. Prior senior sales experience in housing is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma III in Business, Marketing, Administration, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, monitor, and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Oversee the full residential sales process from lead generation to akad/completion.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across Serang and surrounding areas to grow market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, government bodies, and corporate partners to generate leads.
• Plan and coordinate offline marketing events and partnerships to drive sales.
• Monitor market offers, pricing, and payment schemes to identify opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team.
