Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive residential sales in Serang and surrounding Banten markets, covering both subsidized and commercial housing. This hands-on role demands leadership to build a disciplined, high-performing sales team and strong relationships with banks and government institutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma III in Business, Marketing, Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years total sales experience with at least 3 years in managerial/strategic roles.
• 3+ years in landed residential property sales, preferably in in-house developer/agency environment.
• Proven experience managing 5+ sales personnel; 10–15 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Serang and surrounding Banten market and KPR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to hit monthly and annual targets.
• Oversee the full residential sales process from lead to akad.
• Develop and execute Serang/Banten market strategies to increase penetration.
• Build relationships with banks, gov institutions, corporate HR, cooperatives, unions, and lead channels.
• Plan and coordinate offline marketing events and partnerships for lead generation.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and payment schemes to identify opportunities.
• Establish daily/weekly sales monitoring, evaluate performance, and take corrective actions.
• Prepare forecasts, work plans, and market updates for the Marketing Director.
• Recruit and strengthen the sales organization, leveraging existing networks.
