Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking an SEO Specialist to analyze, review, and implement changes to optimize our websites for search engines. You will drive organic traffic across job portals, categories, blogs, and growth pages, delivering actionable strategies to improve visibility.

You will work with the SEO team to identify opportunities, perform technical audits, and collaborate with Engineering and Content teams to implement fixes and content optimization.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into action.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with Engineering, Product, and Content teams.
• Updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

About the Role

You’ll be part of Dealls’ SEO team, driving organic traffic and user acquisition across our entire ecosystem including job portal pages, category pages, blog, and experimental growth pages. Your work will directly impact how millions of Indonesians discover job opportunities through Dealls.

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Identify growth opportunities across site structure, content, and search trends.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry best practices.
• Analyze competitor strategies (SEO + GEO) and identify content gaps or opportunities.

Keyword Research & Content Optimization

• Conduct keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities for job portal and blog content.
• Create high-quality, relevant, and SEO-driven content.
• Provide structured keyword briefs and content recommendations.

Technical SEO

• Perform regular technical audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, etc.).
• Work closely with the Engineering team to implement fixes and technical improvements.
• Ensure job detail pages, job categories, company pages, and blog articles meet SEO standards.

On-Page & Off-Page Optimization

• Optimize meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and overall UX to boost ranking performance.
• Execute link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority and organic reach.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track traffic, rankings, CTR, and overall site health using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, CTR, AI-search impressions, and overall site performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush + AI visibility trackers.

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Analyze job portal competitors and market trends.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve search performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (preferably for large-scale or high-traffic websites).
• Proficient with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or headless CMS.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into action.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with Engineering, Product, and Content teams.
