Dealls is expanding its SEO team in Jakarta to drive organic traffic across job portals, category pages, blogs, and growth pages. You will influence how millions of Indonesians discover job opportunities through Dealls.

As an SEO Specialist, you will develop strategies, perform keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and work with Engineering on technical fixes. You will monitor performance using GA4, GSC, and industry tools, and report insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in an SEO role for large sites.
• Proficient with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You'll be part of Dealls’ SEO team, driving organic traffic and user acquisition across our entire ecosystem including job portal pages, category pages, blog, and experimental growth pages. Your work will directly impact how millions of Indonesians discover job opportunities through Dealls.

SEO Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with Dealls’ business goals.

• Identify growth opportunities across site structure, content, and search trends.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry best practices.
• Analyze competitor strategies (SEO + GEO) and identify content gaps or opportunities.

Keyword Research & Content Optimization

• Conduct keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities for job portal and blog content.
• Create high-quality, relevant, and SEO-driven content.
• Provide structured keyword briefs and content recommendations.

Technical SEO

• Perform regular technical audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, etc.).
• Work closely with the Engineering team to implement fixes and technical improvements.
• Ensure job detail pages, job categories, company pages, and blog articles meet SEO standards.

On-Page & Off-Page Optimization

• Optimize meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and overall UX to boost ranking performance.
• Execute link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority and organic reach.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track traffic, rankings, CTR, and overall site health using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Monitor traffic, rankings, CTR, AI-search impressions, and overall site performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush + AI visibility trackers.

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Analyze job portal competitors and market trends.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve search performance.

1. 1+ year of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (preferably for large-scale or high-traffic websites).
2. Proficient with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
3. Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or headless CMS.
4. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into action.
5. Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with Engineering, Product, and Content teams.
6. Updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
