Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking an SEO Specialist to analyze, review, and implement changes to optimize website visibility. You will drive organic traffic across job portal pages, category pages, blog, and growth experiments within our Indonesian ecosystem.

You will develop strategies, perform technical audits, optimize on-page/off-page elements, and monitor performance with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, collaborating with Engineering and Content teams to sustain growth.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Proficient with SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or headless CMS.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into action.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with Engineering, Product, and Content teams.
Updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Drive organic traffic and user acquisition across job portal pages, category pages, blog, and growth pages.
Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Perform regular technical audits and work with Engineering to implement fixes.
Optimize on-page and off-page elements (meta tags, links, UX) for better rankings.
Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush and report insights to stakeholders.
