Job summary

KitaLulus is seeking an SEO Specialist to implement hands-on, results-driven SEO strategies aimed at generating quality leads from organic search, including AI-driven search features.

You will collaborate with marketing, design, and development to optimize content, conduct keyword research, and manage day-to-day SEO operations while working in a hybrid office setup in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience; B2B industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and the fundamentals of technical SEO.
• Strong copywriting and content writing skills in English.
• Familiar with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks.
• Willing to work from the office (hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research based on search intent and the B2B buying journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
• Handle on-page and off-page SEO.
• Write and edit SEO content (articles, landing pages, case studies, product/service pages) and create content briefs when working with other writers.
• Optimize content to appear in AI search (GEO/AEO).
• Manage day-to-day SEO operations: content calendar, publishing, updating existing content, ranking monitoring, and error fixes.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams.
