Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced SEO specialist to own the company website's SEO from strategy to reporting. You will drive the plan, diagnose technical issues, optimise content, and coordinate with development or content teams to deliver improvements.

You will manage local SEO and assess multilingual needs, aiming to attract relevant visitors and increase qualified enquiries, bookings or sales from organic search.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver an SEO plan based on business goals, audiences and keyword research.
• Audit technical and on-page SEO; diagnose crawling, indexing, duplicates, redirects, and site performance.
• Improve site structure, internal links, titles, meta descriptions and XML sitemaps, and verify fixes.
• Map keywords to pages; prepare content briefs and optimise priority pages.
• Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile; assess international or multilingual SEO needs.
• Review backlink quality and pursue editorial links and partnerships in line with Google policies.
• Validate organic conversion tracking and report monthly on traffic, enquiries and conversions; distinguish contacts from leads.
• Use AI tools for research and reporting with human review; monitor AI search visibility and test improvements.
