Airswift is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fabrication and commissioning activities at the yard for a multi-platform project in Indonesia. You will manage construction and commissioning scope, interface with the EPC contractor, and ensure objectives are met safely within scope and schedule.

The role requires a strong technical background in oil and gas construction, leadership across multiple teams, and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in large construction projects for Oil & Gas.
• At least 3 years in a management level role in construction, engineering, or project management with EPC execution responsibility.
• Experience with Oil & Gas companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors.
• Strong experience with fabrication yards including construction and commissioning activities.
• Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds; relevant work experience can waive other qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as focal point at site for safety on construction activities.
• Lead the local fabrication team across HSE, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Construction, System Completion, and Commissioning.
• Oversee EPC contractor and subcontractor activities to meet scope, budget, and schedule while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Manage fabrication schedule and milestones; propose recovery/contingency plans for delays.
• Provide regular reports to Project Manager with KPIs, progress charts, and risk/issue updates.
