Lead technical evaluation, feasibility, and layout optimization for warehouse projects, ensuring selected sites are operationally efficient, technically sound, and scalable.
Evaluate potential sites for access, infrastructure, and development constraints
Translate logistics requirements into optimized layouts (dock configuration, truck flow, yard planning)
