Job summary

J&T Express in Jakarta North is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and optimize 2D/3D layouts for automated logistics equipment, including sorting systems and integrated weighing and scanning machines, to improve throughput and accuracy.

You will enhance workstation and HMI design based on workflows, prepare detailed BOE and equipment documentation, and coordinate with suppliers to clarify specifications and support implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD with 2D and 3D drawings.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to be based in Pluit, North Jakarta.
