Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology is seeking a Warehouse and Stock Control Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound goods, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations in Indonesia. You will lead a team, optimize stock control processes, and coordinate with delivery operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in stock control or logistics, with strong Excel skills and leadership capabilities to perform under operational pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in stock control, warehouse, or logistics/delivery operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and stock opname procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory reporting and analysis.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and coordination skills with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound goods movement, supplier receiving, and inventory transactions.
• Manage warehouse operations, layout, space utilization, and asset protection.
• Monitor inventory accuracy via stock opname, aging analysis, and stock reports.
• Manage delivery operations, transportation vendor selection, and insurance claims for damaged goods.
• Control expenses and ensure Stock & Delivery activities meet safety and budget standards.
• Develop and improve stock control, warehouse, and delivery policies to boost efficiency.
• Lead the Stock & Delivery team through manpower planning, performance management, and staff development.
