Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong experience in strategic planning, operations, and organizational management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional departments, and drive business objectives.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, cost control and performance understanding.
