Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to elevate visual brand standards across Jakarta boutiques. You will translate global VM guidelines into high-quality local executions, adapting layouts to store architectures, inventory, and commercial priorities.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, the role requires strong creative and spatial design, vendor management, and travel to multiple boutique locations, including Surabaya when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level design or related degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising/retail presentation.
• Experience with luxury goods or premium fashion environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute seasonal VM guidelines across boutiques.
• Develop VM rotation plans and display instructions for consistent brand presentation.
• Adapt displays to store layouts, inventory, and sales trends.
• Coordinate seasonal window displays, in-store installations, and activations.
• Lead on-site VM installations and store setups, including after-hours work.
• Manage VM materials, props, and related budgets.
• Train Store VM Ambassadors and Sales Associates on presentation standards.
• Conduct VM audits and provide corrective recommendations.
