PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to maintain and elevate visual brand standards across the luxury boutique network in Indonesia. You will translate global VM guidelines, adapt displays to store layouts, and manage seasonal rotations to optimize presentation and sales.

The role requires strong design sensibilities, vendor coordination, and hands-on execution, including after-hours installations and store visits to multiple cities, including Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, window display, or store styling.
• Experience in luxury goods or premium fashion environments is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and execute seasonal VM guidelines across all boutiques.
• Develop VM rotation plans and display instructions for consistent brand presentation.
• Adapt layouts to store architecture and inventory while maintaining standards.
• Coordinate seasonal window displays, in-store installations, and activations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for sourcing, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Lead on-site VM installations and store setups, including after-hours work.
• Manage VM tools, props, materials, replacements, and related budgets.
• Train Store VM Ambassadors and Sales Associates on visual standards.
• Conduct VM audits and provide corrective recommendations.
• Travel to other cities, including Surabaya, for VM updates and reviews.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail Ops, and Marketing to support objectives.
• Prepare VM reports and compliance documentation.
