Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential, with a strong sense of pacing, sound design, color, and storytelling. Experience with short-form platforms like Instagram/TikTok/YouTube is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Video Editor.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, color correction, and modern editing techniques.
• Experience editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (preferred).
• Motion graphics capabilities (preferred).

You are also expected to provide direction to other editors and help improve overall production quality.

Ensure all editing results meet KOME Creative's creative and quality standards before delivery to clients.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met.

Collaborate with videographers, management, and related teams in executing creative concepts.

Provide direction, evaluation, and feedback to junior editors.

Handle revisions effectively according to client requirements.

Maintain project file organization and editing workflow.

Help develop systems, templates, and more efficient post-production workflows.

Follow the latest editing trends, storytelling approaches, and digital content developments.

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Video Editor.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Proficient in Adobe After Effects.

Understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, color correction, and modern editing techniques.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
