Job summary

KOME Creative is seeking a Senior Video Editor in Tangerang to lead the post-production process from concept to delivery. You will shape stories for brands, creators, and businesses while guiding junior editors and maintaining efficient workflows.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential, with a strong sense of pacing, sound design, color, and storytelling. Experience with short-form platforms like Instagram/TikTok/YouTube is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Video Editor.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, color correction, and modern editing techniques.
Experience editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (preferred).
Motion graphics capabilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

Edit short and long-form videos for brand, business, and content creator needs.
Ensure all editing results meet KOME Creative's creative and quality standards before delivery to clients.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all deadlines are met.
Collaborate with videographers, management, and related teams in executing creative concepts.
Provide direction, evaluation, and feedback to junior editors.
Handle revisions effectively according to client requirements.
