Job summary

PT Captain Asia Sukses (Jakarta) seeks a talented Production Specialist to manage end-to-end photo/video production, from pre-production planning to on-site shooting and post-production editing.

You will capture high-quality footage, edit with Premiere Pro/After Effects/Final Cut, and tailor content to briefs and brand guidelines. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams; organize assets; and maintain a strong portfolio for future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting, Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video production tools, with strong skills in video editing software.

Job description

Organize and maintain photo/video assets

Requirement :

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field.

Proficient in operating cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video production tools, with strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.

Strong understanding of videography, photography, storytelling, composition, color grading, and content creation for digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams. A portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred.
