APP Group is seeking a seasoned maintenance engineering professional to lead reliability and maintenance initiatives across our plant operations. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime.

You will implement RCFA/RCM/FMEA, ensure HSE compliance, manage CMMS records, and supervise technicians while coordinating with external contractors for plant overhauls and critical inspections.

Formación

• Extensive experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of condition-monitoring methods (vibration, oil, thermography).
• Experience with RCFA, RCM, and FMEA methodologies.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors.
• Familiarity with CMMS for logs, work orders, and asset histories.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, schedule, and execute PM and PdM programs.
• Perform condition monitoring on rotating and static equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Repair or replace defective components per manufacturer specs.
• Oversee major plant overhauls and turnaround activities.
• Coordinate statutory inspections for pressure vessels, lifting devices, and steam systems.
• Maintain logs, work orders, and asset histories using CMMS.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate parts orders.
• Supervise and mentor mechanical technicians and coordinate external contractors.
