Job summary

Designity is a remote, AI-enabled Creative-as-a-Service company seeking a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer. You will own end-to-end design from concept to implementation, focusing on conversion, performance, and cohesive design systems.

Collaboration with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver visually compelling, high-performing websites and landing pages. You will work with a remote, global client-base across LATAM, Europe, and South Africa, ensuring five hours

• 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer with strong UX thinking and UI craft.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience translating business goals and user needs into design solutions.
• Experience designing for conversion, performance, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating and contributing to design systems and scalable UI components.
• Iterative work style with feedback and data-driven improvements.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken).

As a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer, you will create visually distinctive, high-performing websites and landing pages that turn attention into action. You will combine exceptional visual craft with innovative UX/UI thinking to create digital experiences that feel fresh and intuitive, and are built to convert.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own end-to-end design - Create visually compelling, responsive digital experiences built around clear brand, marketing, and conversion goals.
• UX Design - Map clear user journeys, define information architecture, create wireframes and flows that translate user needs and business goals into seamless and effective experiences.
• UI Design - Craft high-quality, responsive interfaces that balance visual appeal with usability, while building scalable design systems and ensuring consistency across typography, color, and interaction patterns.
• Conversion & Performance Optimization - Design with a focus on measurable outcomes, collaborating with marketing on SEO performance, and supporting A/B testing and continuous optimization.
• AI Workflows - Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and production to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Iteration & Continuous Improvement - Refine and evolve designs based on feedback, user behavior, and performance data to continuously improve outcomes.
• Collaboration & Innovation - Partner closely with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, while staying current with digital trends and best practices.

What You Will Bring

• 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking and beautifully crafted UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience translating business goals and user needs into effective, user-centered design solutions.
• Experience designing for conversion, performance, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating and contributing to design systems and scalable UI components.
• Working iteratively, incorporating feedback, and improving work based on data and insights.
• Experience using AI tools for enhancing design workflows
• Fluent, professional-level English - both written and spoken.
• A highly organized, detail-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects with clarity and focus.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to crafting thoughtful, user-first digital experiences.

How We Work

Designity is remote, with a structured virtual office environment built for close collaboration, clear communication, and meaningful connection. This role is open across LATAM, Europe, and South Africa.

You will collaborate with Creative Directors, creatives, and marketers across different client projects, industries, and priorities. You will also support Designity's website and platform occassionally.

AI is part of how we work, but human judgment remains central. You will be expected to actively explore new AI capabilities while taking responsibility for the creative decisions, accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and final quality of your work.

At least five hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time is required so you can collaborate effectively with U.S.-based clients, Creative Directors, and multidisciplinary teams.
