Job summary

Designity is a remote, AI-enabled Creative-as-a-Service company seeking a Senior UX/UI & Web Designer. You will own end-to-end design from concept to implementation, focusing on conversion, performance, and cohesive design systems.

Collaboration with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams is essential to deliver visually compelling, high-performing websites and landing pages. You will work with a remote, global client-base across LATAM, Europe, and South Africa, ensuring five hours

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer with strong UX thinking and UI craft.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience translating business goals and user needs into design solutions.
• Experience designing for conversion, performance, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating and contributing to design systems and scalable UI components.
• Iterative work style with feedback and data-driven improvements.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for visually compelling, responsive digital experiences.
• Map user journeys, define information architecture, create wireframes and flows.
• Craft high-quality, responsive interfaces and scalable design systems.
• Design with a focus on conversion and performance optimization; collaborate with marketing for SEO and A/B tests.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, prototyping, and production.
• Iterate based on feedback, user behavior, and performance data.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
