Job summary

Midea Electronics Indonesia in Central Jakarta invites an experienced Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team on a full-time basis. You will oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk, ensuring optimal deployment of funds and strong working capital management across operations.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will coordinate with AP/AR, prepare forecasts, perform bank reconciliations, and support audits while enforcing treasury controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in treasury, finance, or cash management roles.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, and financial risk management.
• Proficiency in banking systems and treasury management software platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Solid understanding of foreign exchange markets and interest rate derivatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Execute bank transactions, including payments, transfers, and deposits.
• Manage bank accounts and maintain accurate banking records.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, and Accounting to ensure timely payments and collections.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and business needs.
• Support loan administration, bank facilities, and guarantee management.
• Maintain treasury documentation and controls.
• Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.
• Monitor compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
