KPMG is seeking a senior professional to join our Deal Advisory, Transaction Services practice in Indonesia. You will lead buy-side and sell-side engagements, interface with senior executives, manage teams, and analyze financial data to drive due diligence and value creation.

The role requires a bachelor0s in accounting, 9+ years of consulting experience, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Indonesian; exposure to cross-border deals is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Proven leadership in client engagements.
• Strong decision-making and strategic thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements with financial due diligence and post-deal support.
• Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
• Manage and coordinate engagement teams across the transaction process.
• Analyze target company data for earnings quality, working capital and risk assessment.
• Prepare tailored transaction advisory reports on key issues and deal considerations.
