Job summary

Innomotics seeks a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to support LV induction motor retrofits across Asia and the Middle East. You will provide technical sales support, gather market needs, prepare quotations, and compile essential documentation during execution.

Key strengths include strong electrical machine knowledge, ability to work with Sales and Design teams, and experience in handling complex technical and commercial offers. Willingness to travel domestically and regionally is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of LV induction motors and electrical machines.
Familiarity with retrofit/replacement projects and technical sales.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Sales Team/Customer for LV Motor RFQ handling.
Coordinate with Design team for Technical Offers and clarity on specification points.
Provide AGT Quotation from International Products through Quotation Centre.
Segregate RFQs based on complexity.
Prepare Comments & Deviations on Client Specifications.
Prepare and submit techno commercial offers to sales.
Prepare costing and maintain price/quote accuracy.
Manage order/revenue data, and support win-loss and portfolio analysis.
