Job summary

Agoda seeks a seasoned Technical Account Manager to drive growth of our B2B partnerships. You will own end-to-end technical account management for our largest partner accounts, optimize connectivity, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

You will collaborate with Product teams, analyze complex data, and automate processes to scale operations. The role requires strong SQL/Excel skills, API integration experience, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field.
• 4–6+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar roles in tech or travel industries.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with API integrations/data transfers.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth of Agoda’s Strategic Partnerships/Travel Distribution business.
• Manage end-to-end technical account management for Agoda’s largest B2B accounts.
• Own connection performance including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, and day-to-day success rates.
• Extract and analyze complex data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify business needs and influence feature prioritization.
• Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and resolve technical issues impacting client connectivity.
• Serve as trusted advisor translating business needs into technical requirements.
