Job summary

Agoda is seeking a technical account professional to support our largest B2B partners from Bangkok. You will manage end-to-end connectivity, optimize access to inventory and rates, and translate business needs into technical requirements.

You’ll leverage API integrations and data analytics to drive growth, collaborate with product teams, and automate processes for efficiency. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, engineering, or computer science field.
• 4–6+ years of hands‑on experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or similar roles in technology or travel industries.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Highly organized with multi-project handling in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical account management for Agoda’s largest B2B accounts.
• Own connection performance including builds, upgrades, and access to inventory, rates, and content.
• Extract and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to influence feature design and prioritization.
• Automate business processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Resolve technical issues impacting client connectivity and ensure seamless operations.
