Job summary

luxehouze is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition professional in Jakarta to help the business expand by hiring top-tier talent. You will partner with management to determine recruitment needs and craft hiring strategies, advertise positions, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles and general positions, maintain records for hiring metrics, and support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or HR management or similar qualification.
• Demonstrable hiring experience or in a related position, preferably from retail, luxury, or headhunting industries.
• Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, hiring strategies, and applicable labour law; KPI familiarity for sales.
• Competency with word processing, spreadsheets, and voice call software.
• Excellent decision-making and organizational skills for developing hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating company products and services to create an accurate profile.
• Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
• Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a huge amount of salespeople as well as general roles.
• Constantly hiring numbers as targeted by the company.
• Supporting recruitment teams in making objective hiring decisions.
• Maintaining employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities.
