Job Description

Working collaboratively with the technical lead, project manager, and business users during the phases of requirement gathering, design, and development to ensure quality of deliverables and service.

Performing system design, analysis (including customization, interfaces, functions, and reporting), development, testing, user training, and deployment of new features.

Providing financial support and problem resolution; collaborating with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Answering escalation questions and providing consulting services for internal colleagues where appropriate.

Data analysis and reporting.

Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
