Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Application Development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system analysis, and software development concepts.
• Experience in gathering requirements, preparing functional specifications, and documenting business processes.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL is an advantage.
• Basic programming knowledge and experience in application troubleshooting are an advantage.
• Able to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, business processes, and system specifications to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and propose effective system solutions.
• Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend system enhancements or modifications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with users, Software Developers, DBAs, System Administrators, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and other project deliverables in accordance with established standards.
• Analyze and validate data accuracy and reliability to support system development and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve business process efficiency through application enhancements and process optimization.
• Support application maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, investigate reported bugs, and coordinate resolutions with the technical team.
• Perform minor programming, system configuration, and user administration when required.
• Ensure the completeness and quality of system development deliverables, documentation, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, maintain development schedules, and provide regular status reports to the supervisor.
• Recommend improvements to development processes, with consideration for time, effort, cost, and quality.
