Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations in Batam. You will manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution while leading a dynamic team and building strong supplier relationships to drive cost efficiency in the FMCG sector.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement to ensure seamless goods flow and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably FMCG
• Experience with inventory optimization, logistics, and vendor mgmt
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SCM software/ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Proven track record driving process improvements and cost savings

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and reduce carrying costs.
• Oversee logistics, transportation, and warehousing operations for timely delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms.
