Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a seasoned professional to define, lead, and execute process improvement initiatives aimed at nationwide operational scalability. You will coordinate across departments to ensure timely project implementation and monitor key metrics to report progress.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management or strategy within tech startups or top-tier consulting, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and fluent English for executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or other quantitative-based majors from a top-tier university (an MBA is a highly preferred plus).
• Has 5 to 10 years of professional work experience in a project management or strategy role within a technology startup, or top-tier management consulting firm.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, expansion, and execution in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide scale.
• Strong business-level fluency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and execute process improvement and expansion initiatives within the project period to drive nationwide operational scalability.
• Coordinate and support ongoing strategic initiatives to ensure effective, on-time project implementation through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Monitor key operational metrics to track and report business progress and project implementation milestones regularly.
• Translate operational data and project insights into structured, actionable execution strategies to meet project deadlines.
• Establish clear project timelines and resource allocations to manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
