Minimum 5 years in senior culinary roles, with premium restaurant or pre-opening experience. Strong English, leadership, and cost-control skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in premium restaurants or pre-opening settings.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience in kitchen setup, menu development, and cost control is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support kitchen pre-opening activities and operations.
• Translate culinary concepts into practical kitchen operations, menus, recipes, and production standards.
• Develop recipes, standardize portions, and ensure high-quality execution from opening day.
