Job summary

axonect is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead the design of complex software solutions for diverse clients in Indonesia. You will collaborate with the solutions architect, guide development teams, and ensure architectural integrity across projects.

The role requires strong technical leadership in Java/Go, cloud, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, with a focus on scalable, secure delivery and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience with at least one programming language and familiarity with two or more general purpose languages (Java, Go preferred).
• Experience in cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, and related tooling.
• Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
• Knowledge of Scrum/Agile practices and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Work with solutions architect to design solutions meeting client needs including functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create detailed solution designs and apply appropriate design patterns.
• Design solutions around product extension points.
• Lead development team to align with solution architecture.
• Assist on client engagement and stakeholder management.
• Drive secure coding practices and performance tuning.
• Plan and execute data migrations and upgrades.
• Lead peer/code reviews and mentoring.
