Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist for Finance Systems to translate business needs into future-state designs within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. You will lead change requests and project implementations, coordinate testing, and collaborate with Finance partners and external partners to deliver integrations, data migrations, and quarterly upgrades.

You will guide process improvements, document requirements, and drive adoption of R2R processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud experience and knowledge of module interactions.
• Lead full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects including R2R.
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, GL, FA, Intercompany, Tax; Rec/Payables preferred.
• Experience with change lifecycle: SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment, post-go-live support.
• Experience creating functional design docs, process docs, user guides and training materials.
• Assess impacts of changes on processes, data, integrations and controls.
• Strong partner management and ability to explain solutions to business/technical audiences.

Get to Know the Role

The Senior Solution Specialist will report directly to the Delivery Manager for Finance Systems. As a Solution Specialist, Finance Systems , you will work with GTS teams and Finance users to understand challenges, current processes and system requirements. You will translate these needs into future-state application requirements, process improvements and solution designs, working with other teams and external implementation partners where required.

You will focus on managing change requests and project implementations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment, with an emphasis on Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) will be an advantage.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead Finance Systems change requests and project implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Collaborate with Finance partners to understand needs, document all-state processes, standardise requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
• Translate requirements into functional solution designs, configuration recommendations, process improvements and implementation plans.
• Assess the impact, risks, dependencies and priorities of proposed changes across finance processes, data, integrations and related applications.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, test-result validation and business approval.
• Work with technical teams, Oracle Support, implementation partners and Finance partners to deliver integrations, data migrations, enhancements, releases and quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades.
• Evaluate new Oracle platform capabilities and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to assess feasibility, value and agreement on Finance requirements.
• Drive change adoption through process documentation, user guides, training materials, partner communication, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of R2R processes.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 3+ years of experience working with Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including knowledge of module interactions and integrations with third-party applications.
• Experience managing at least two full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud projects, including delivery of R2R solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle Finance Cloud, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Tax. We prefer a working knowledge of Receivables and Payables.
• Experience with the change lifecycle, including configuration or development, SIT, UAT, release packaging, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Experience preparing functional design documents, process documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Analyse impacts and identify how a system change may affect related processes, data points, integrations and controls.
• Partner management, with the ability to explain solution options and recommendations to business and technical audiences.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud and Order Management Cloud.
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle EPM and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience with financial reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience with other Finance systems such as Concur or Kyriba.
• Experience working in a global or international business environment.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other automation solutions.
