Job summary

Greenvolt Power Indonesia is seeking a Senior Solar PV Engineer to lead technical design, grid integration, and project delivery for rooftop and ground-mount PV installations across industrial and commercial clients.

You will manage project teams, perform resource planning, and drive technical solutions using Helioscope, PVSYST, and ETAP, with strong communication to stakeholders and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years in electrical or PV engineering with project delivery.
• Proficiency in Helioscope, PVSYST, ETAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and engineering teams, assisting with complex engineering challenges and innovative solutions.
• Conduct solar resource assessments, shading analysis and performance simulations using industry-standard software; assess system performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
