Job summary

DKatalis is a fintech company building scalable, robust digital products. You will join a cross-functional agile squad to design, develop, deploy, and support one or more digital platforms, focusing on full-stack excellence.

You will work with engineers, product, and design to ensure quality and impact, mentor junior engineers, and help shape architecture and best practices across frontend, backend, and APIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role developing scalable applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience in Java / Javascript and derivatives (Typescript, NodeJS, Scala, Kotlin, Springboot).
• Hands-on experience with Flutter or React front-end frameworks.
• Experience with Lean/XP practices and CI/CD for mobile and back-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, refine and develop the product from concept to implementation.
• Create best-in-class product experience by building and evolving platforms, services and tools.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
• Mentor engineers on good engineering practices.
• Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
• Improve code quality, product execution, automation and customer delight.
