Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management or related disciplines.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in security/risk management or HSSE.
• 5+ years in oil and gas, LNG, EPC/EPCI, energy, mining, or major infrastructure.
• Experience in management system development, audits, assurance, governance and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain the Security Management System framework and related docs.
• Ensure SeMS alignment with policies, Indonesian regulations and ISO concepts.
• Establish security objectives, KPIs and annual improvement programs.
• Develop risk management processes and facilitate assessments for sites and activities.
• Review threat assessments, recommend mitigations and monitor actions.
• Establish assurance programs including audits and action tracking.
• Develop performance dashboards, analyze trends and incidents, suggest improvements.
• Maintain incident reporting, investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop contractor security requirements and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate security awareness programs and training records.

Education

Bachelor's degree in security management
