AccelByte, Inc. is expanding a 24x7 operations team to support AAA multiplayer games. We seek a driven Site Reliability Engineer who maintains high service reliability, automates tasks, and designs processes to detect, isolate, and mitigate issues across our systems.

Coding in Go or Python is required for core platform components. You will design scalable deployment frameworks, implement AIOps solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, reliable infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years cloud engineering or DevOps with AWS; 2+ years Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of IaC and GitOps; Terraform required.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain high-performance backend services, tools, and control planes to automate operations and improve reliability.
• Architect and maintain scalable deployment framework and tooling for stability, reliability and availability.
• Build and run service deployments using Kubernetes and CNCF projects.
• Provide a secure, scalable cloud platform with cost efficiency.
• Create monitoring and runbooks; handle outages and automate tasks.
• Resolve production issues and prevent recurrence with RCA and dashboards.
• Develop automation and tools to assist product teams for operational excellence.
• Write clean, tested Go/Python code for core components.
• Document infrastructure and runbooks; collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
