Job summary

Hangry is seeking a Site Engineer Supervisor to drive development and maintenance of our outlets across Indonesia. You will lead a team of engineers, manage site surveys, budgeting, timelines, and handovers, ensuring every store opens on time and to Hangry’s standards.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation; you’ll travel frequently to oversee national rollouts and site evaluations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management for F&B, retail, or multi-site development.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Site Engineers and Maintenance professionals.
• Manage end-to-end store development projects, including budgeting and timelines.
• Ensure delivery meets Hangry’s quality standards (interior, MEP, civil, furniture).
• Collaborate with Design, Operations, and Store Development teams for grand openings.
• Evaluate new locations and collect data with landlords and stakeholders.
• Review drawings and 3D renders to maintain standards.
• Drive cost control and vendor evaluations for construction excellence.
• Promote continuous improvements in delivery, processes, and cross‑dept collaboration.

Job description

As Site Engineer Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind the development and maintenance of Hangry’s outlets—from the very first site survey to grand opening day, and beyond. You’ll lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every new store opens on time, on budget, and meets our standards of excellence. What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a team of Site Engineers and Maintenance professionals to support expansion and upkeep across 100+ locations.
• Manage end-to-end store development projects—site visits, budgeting, timeline control, execution, and handover.
• Ensure project delivery meets Hangry’s quality standards in interior, MEP, civil, and furniture finishes.
• Partner with Design, Operations, and Store Development teams to deliver seamless and timely grand openings.
• Evaluate and survey new locations, collecting key data and collaborating with landlords and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve our construction standards and design guidelines, including reviewing shop drawings and 3D renders.
• Lead cost control initiatives and vendor evaluations to ensure construction excellence and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvements in project delivery, process standardization, and cross-department collaboration.
• Build a culture of precision, accountability, and speed, while staying aligned with Hangry’s values and long-term goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction management for Food & Beverages, retail, or multi-site development environments.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and oversee multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and quality control across complex site builds.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and construction documentation standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of building codes, construction quality assurance, and contractor supervision.
• Comfortable traveling frequently to oversee national rollouts and site evaluations.
• You are a builder and optimizer—you think in terms of systems, timelines, and outcomes.
