Job summary

Dell Technologies in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Senior Advisor for its Services Project/Program Management team. You will build dashboards to track milestones, risks, and benefits, and you will drive delivery by removing blockers across cross-functional groups.

The role requires 8–10 years of large infrastructure project experience, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, and hands-on exposure to Dell EMC solutions and NVIDIA products. Jakarta-based role with full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with revenue forecasting and resource management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• 8–10 years’ experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to Dell EMC solutions or equivalent competitors.
• Exposure to NVIDIA products such as Spectrum Switches and BCM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinates with external clients to monitor projects from initiation to delivery.
• Organizes interdepartmental activities to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for cross-functional teams delivering solutions.
