Job summary

Dell Technologies in Jakarta, Indonesia seeks a Senior Advisor for its Services Project/Program Management team. You will build dashboards to track milestones, risks, and benefits, and you will drive delivery by removing blockers across cross-functional groups.

The role requires 8–10 years of large infrastructure project experience, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills, and hands-on exposure to Dell EMC solutions and NVIDIA products. Jakarta-based role with full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale data center deployments.
• Experience with revenue forecasting and resource management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
• 8–10 years’ experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to Dell EMC solutions or equivalent competitors.
• Exposure to NVIDIA products such as Spectrum Switches and BCM technologies.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project

Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts

Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints

Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients

Experience managing large-scale data center deployments, including inter-rack cabling activities, will be an added advantage.

Financial experience in revenue forecasting and resource management experience in managing technical resources.

Good communication and presentation skills. Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Flexibility in performing project activities outside normal office hours when required.

PMP certification is advantageous.

8-10 years’ experience working on large infrastructure projects .

Exposure in project managing Dell EMC solutions such as PMAX, Unity, VxRail, PowerEdge Servers, GenAI Infrastructure Solutions, Network Switches, Data Domain, and ECS.

If not Dell EMC solutions, experience with similar solutions from leading competitors is acceptable.

Exposure to NVIDIA products, such as Spectrum Switches and BCM technologies, will be an added advantage.
